We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Carlton Recruitment. As a Family Office Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our clients in the family law sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming and outgoing post and emails.
- Prepare and send correspondence and documents.
- Provide administrative assistance to the team.
This is a full-time position based in Ashford, with a salary range of £23,000-£28,000 per annum. You will also receive benefits including 25 days' holiday, pension scheme, and training courses.
Requirements:- Minimum 1 year's experience as a secretary in a busy legal practice.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with transcription via digital dictation (desirable).
