Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Young People's Support Coordinator to join our team at Plymouth Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering care and support to young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the home in the manager's absence, deliver care and support to young people, and work in accordance with the Children's Home Regulations and Quality Standards.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 years of experience working in children's homes
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role
  • A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care with Children and Young People

Benefits: A competitive salary of £35,000, a rolling 4-week rota with 2 weekends on and 2 weekends off, and 28 days annual leave.
