Drama and Music Coordinator

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Drama and Music Coordinator to join our team in Ashford. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing performing arts programs for students, supporting classroom teaching, and planning extracurricular activities.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement performing arts programs that meet the needs of students and align with school goals.
* Support classroom teaching, assisting in drama, music, or related subjects.
* Plan and lead extracurricular activities such as drama clubs, performances, or workshops.
* Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive and inspiring classroom environment.
* Help students develop confidence, teamwork, and communication skills through the arts.
What We're Looking For:
* A degree in Performing Arts, Drama, Music, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well in a team and create an inclusive classroom environment.
* Experience working with children and young people would be an advantage.
Salary and Benefits:
