Contracts Support Officer

You will support the contract management team across Kent and Medway and the local health economy with the management of the contracts on behalf of Kent & Medway Integrated Care Board, including supporting system enablement and monitoring of system wide performance of provider contracts that underpin and reflect local plans and patient needs.
Supporting the team with the coordination of contract-related matters including the annual contract process, gathering information, management of projects and undertaking enquires as and when is necessary within the wider team structure.
Support the delivery of contracts, ensuring that they achieve their objectives & are delivered to high quality standards, within target timescales & within budget.
Responsible for ensuring all queries & FOIs, relating to Provider contracts are resolved promptly.
Support the day-to-day contract management of Provider contracts, ensuring all aspects of provider contract compliance, monitoring & management of reporting runs in accordance with any contractual or locally agreed timetable.
Working with all team members in the collection of information for performance reporting on relevant team projects.
Acting as a point of contact for teams, dealing & responding effectively with queries from stakeholders & passing on relevant information to appropriate team members.
Developing & maintaining effective filing systems, to ensure that information is kept securely & is accessible to other members of the team.
Preparing both internal and Provider meeting agendas, minutes & distributing to all parties.
To provide administrative support to all team members in a range of department initiatives.
Working together with other team members to provide an effective network of communication.
Assist the Contracts Managers & Business Partners with producing contract documentation.
To carry out other appropriate delegated duties as required.
