Job Title: Children's Home Senior Leader

Location: Ashford

Salary: £35,000 - 40 Hours per week

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team as a Children's Home Senior Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering care and support to young people in a residential setting.

You will lead the home in the manager's absence and work in accordance with the Children's Home Regulations and Quality Standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 years of experience working in children's homes
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role
  • A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care with Children and Young People

In return, we offer:

  • A rolling 4-week rota, with 2 weekends on and 2 weekends off
  • 28 days annual leave
