We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at our Children's Home in Ashford. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading the home in the absence of the manager and ensuring that we continue to provide outstanding care and support to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Children's Home, preferably in a supervisory role. They will also hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care with Children and Young People. The salary for this position is £35,000 per annum, with a rolling 4-week rota that includes 2 weekends on and 2 weekends off. We offer 28 days' annual leave, which can be taken at times convenient to the individual.

The role involves:

  • Providing care and support to young people in accordance with the Children's Home Regulations and Quality Standards
  • Working closely with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the home
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required by the management team
