We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead our Children's Social Care safeguarding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and providing services to children in need, supervising staff, and recommending budget use to support care plans.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of professionals in assessing and providing services to children in need.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Make informed decisions regarding budget use to support care plans.

A degree in Social Care or equivalent qualification, registration with Social Work England, and comprehensive knowledge of the Children Act 1989 are essential requirements for this role. A competitive salary of up to £55,890 per annum, plus benefits, is offered.
