About the Job
As a Band 5 Children's Community Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering emergency care to children and their families. With a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. Our vibrant brand new Children's Emergency Departments offer a supportive and dynamic environment that allows you to grow and develop as a professional.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, developing care plans, and implementing interventions. They will also be required to evaluate patient outcomes, communicate effectively with colleagues and families, and maintain accurate records. As a Junior Sister/Charge Nurse, they will be overall in-charge of the department on a shift basis and responsible for supervising qualified and/or unqualified staff.
