Therapeutic Care Worker Lead

We are seeking an experienced and caring professional to lead a team of Care Workers within a supportive environment. As a Senior Therapeutic Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating atmosphere for children who have experienced trauma and disruption in their lives.
You will plan shifts ahead, working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children. This will involve coaching and mentoring colleagues, as well as being a key point of contact on shift.
In addition to your leadership role, you will actively participate in monthly summary writing and provide support with challenging behavior. You will also be responsible for managing sleep-in duties and driving children to appointments when necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent levels of spoken and written English, as well as a full, clean driving license.
Salary Details:
£50 per hour
£45 sleep-in rate
Enhancement for working bank holidays
