Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Goldwyn School. The successful candidate will work closely with students aged 11-18 years with social, emotional, mental health, and/or behavioural needs.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide bespoke learning experiences and support vulnerable students in achieving their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supporting students with varying levels of ability and complex needs in a mixed-ability school setting.
  2. Developing and implementing individualized learning plans to cater to students' diverse requirements.
  3. Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting student well-being and engagement.
  4. Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £23,338 per annum, plus a SEN Allowance of £1441.5 hours per week (39 weeks a year, term-time only).
