Job Title: SEN Support Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Assistant to join our team at Simply Education Ltd. As a SEN Support Assistant, you will work closely with children with special education needs, providing them with the support and guidance they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with varying additional needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Support children in developing their communication, social, and emotional skills

Requirements:
  • Experience working with special education needs children
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Ability to promote cultural development and diversity

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
