SEN Teaching and Learning Assistant Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching and Learning Assistant to join our team of professionals who share our commitment to providing high-quality education and support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies for students with SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement learning plans to meet the individual needs of students with SEMH needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to design and deliver engaging lessons
  • Assist with data tracking and monitoring student progress
Requirements:
  • An Enhanced child-only DBS check
  • A complete 10-year work history on your CV, with any gaps explained
  • Liquid eligibility to work in the UK
