Audiology Clinical Office Role

Our NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audiology Clinical Office Coordinator to provide administrative support within the main clinical office. This exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join the team at Ashford Hospital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various roles, including:

  • Organizing timetables and dealing with clinic capacity and outpatient waiting lists.
  • Completing clinic letters and coordinating clinic templates.
  • Liaising with the Appointments Centre regarding outpatient clinic bookings.

Excellent administration skills and a fantastic telephone manner are required. You will also be responsible for undertaking general office duties and using a number of Trust systems. Previous experience of these systems is desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including continuous professional development opportunities and flexible working arrangements.
