About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Ashford and St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Clinical Office Administrative Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Audiology Clinical Office, including organizing timetables, dealing with clinic capacity, and completing clinic letters.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a busy office environment and will possess excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in using trust systems and software. They will also have good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team.

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary of £27,857 - £30,570 per annum, plus benefits.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Organize timetables and clinic schedules for the Audiology department
  • Deal with clinic capacity and outpatient waiting lists
  • Complete clinic letters and coordinate clinic templates
  • Use trust systems and software to manage administrative tasks
  • Undertake general office duties, including filing and photocopying
