We are seeking a highly skilled Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team in Dover.

This exciting opportunity will enable you to make a real difference in the lives of young children while advancing your career in early years education. As a valued member of the EYFS department, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality EYFS provision, working closely with the Class Teacher to develop and implement engaging lesson plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Assess and track children's progress, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with parents and carers to enhance children's development
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of engaging lesson plans

The successful candidate will possess experience working within the EYFS, a passion for the progress of primary school pupils, and the ability to work as part of a team. They should also be willing to pay for a DBS and update service, and hold a QTS qualification.
