Learning Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with their learning on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Help to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behavioural strategies
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere
Requirements: Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role. A valid driver's licence and own transport are also required. Estimated salary range: £83-£89 per day.
