About the Position

This Academic Support Worker role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at a village Primary School in Ashford. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing educational support to students in need, working closely with the Teacher to develop tailored learning plans and deliver targeted interventions.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Support the Teacher in planning and delivering lessons to meet the needs of all pupils
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to promote student progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching and learning
Requirements and Qualifications
  • GCSE Maths and English qualifications
  • Experience working in a Primary setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A calm and fair approach
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £88-£110 per day. Vision for Education offers a competitive daily rate paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system, as well as pension contributions, free training, and a refer-a-friend bonus scheme.
