Therapeutic Services Lead

We are currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Heath Farm School in Ashford, Kent. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to individuals with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, experience working with adults and/or children who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism, and excellent communication skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services that meet the complex needs of our clients.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant occupational therapy qualification
- Registration with the HCPC
- Experience working with adults and/or children who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism
- Excellent communication skills
Salary: Up to £53,200 (pro rata, dependent on experience). Benefits: Life assurance, pension scheme, health and wellbeing initiatives, ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
