We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a therapist with Outcomes First Group, you will contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the individuals we support. Your experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams will be valuable in this role, as you will work collaboratively with clinicians and the School Leadership Team (SLT) in the context of an educational setting.

The salary for this position is up to £53,200 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including a £2,000 training allowance, life assurance, pension scheme, and access to a wide range of health and wellbeing services.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant Occupational Therapy qualification, registration with the HCPC, and experience working with adults and/or children who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs. You will also need to be able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively.
