Keltbray Infrastructure Services Ltd (KISL) are recruiting for an Early Careers Manager to work Hybrid from our Ashford, Kent office.


The Early Careers Manager will lead the strategy and execution of programmes designed to attract, onboard, and support work experience, apprentices and graduates within the business. This role is critical in building a strong talent pipeline by collaborating with educational institutions, apprenticeship providers, and external recruitment partners. The manager will oversee the end-to-end process, from sourcing candidates to providing them with the necessary training, development, and support to ensure successful integration into the company. The role also focuses on aligning early career talent programmes with business needs, fostering diversity and inclusion, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.


The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and passionate about nurturing early career talent, with a strong understanding of industry requirements and a commitment to building sustainable, long-term development opportunities for apprentices and graduates within Keltbray Infrastructure.
