As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in our expanding team, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to develop bespoke assessment and intervention plans. Your expertise will be essential in embedding excellent clinical practice throughout the educational journey of the young people we support.
The ideal candidate will have a clear vision of outstanding therapeutic services and demonstrate drive, motivation, resilience, and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners. You will have experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with adults and/or children who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs. A full valid UK driving licence and access to a car are also essential requirements.
