Special Educational Needs Support Worker

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Special Educational Needs Support Worker to join our team at GSL Education in Ashford, Kent. As a successful applicant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students, each with their own unique needs and requirements.
About the RoleThis is a full-time permanent opportunity that requires the right individual to make a real difference in the lives of students with complex needs. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies to promote student progress and achievement.
Key Responsibilities- Support students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties in a variety of settings.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in regular review meetings to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as behavior management and special educational needs.
This role requires a valid DBS check and any relevant qualifications or training. A competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, is also offered.
