Education Support Assistant

Rikama Education is working with a special school that is recruiting for a Therapeutic Support Worker. The position will be based within the secondary site, working across Key Stages 3-4. The school specializes in supporting the educational and emotional needs of students who have experienced trauma and/or have a diagnosis of Autism and/or other neurodevelopmental and psychological problems aged 5-16. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for supporting those with additional needs. The role is challenging but rewarding. The school offers onsite parking and a dedicated consultant for support. The successful candidate will be offered a long-term contract with the potential to go permanent at this school, along with excellent rates of pay and free professional training.
