Job Title: Primary Education Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Primary Education Assistant to join our team at Vision for Education - Kent. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery, providing support to pupils with diverse learning needs, and contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons
- Support pupils with additional needs
- Contribute to creating a positive and engaging classroom
- Aid in the development of individualised learning plans
Requirements:
- HLTA Qualification (level 4 or higher)
- Knowledge of the national curriculum
- Ability to support children with diverse learning needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, flexible and positive approach to working with children and adults
