Endoscopy Service Lead

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our Endoscopy service in Ashford, Kent.
This is a full-time permanent position of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends as required.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Endoscopy and the ability to manage a team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Endoscopy service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Key Requirements:
- Senior-level Endoscopy experience
- NMC/HCPC registration
- Ability to manage a team
