Service Care Solutions - Housing is seeking an experienced Housing Officer Lead to join our team in providing exceptional housing services to the community. The estimated salary for this position is £16.75 PAYE or £20 LTD per hour.

About the Role:

  • Deliver a neighbourhood-based housing service, focusing on rent arrears management and addressing anti-social behaviour.
  • Conduct property inspections to maintain high standards, while promoting community cohesion and resident engagement.
  • Support tenants in fulfilling their tenancy obligations, enforcing actions when necessary to maintain positive tenant-resident relations.
  • Promote community engagement through active collaboration with residents, fostering a sense of belonging and inclusive communities.
  • Efficiently manage void properties, reducing turnaround times and ensuring tenancy agreement compliance.
  • Work closely with partner agencies to offer safeguarding, welfare support, and multi-agency solutions that benefit the community.
  • Support income management to maintain accurate rent accounts.
