Role Overview:
Purosearch Ltd is a dynamic and ambitious provider of care services. We are seeking an experienced Children's Home Manager to join our team in a leadership role.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual with experience working with children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties (EBD) and complex needs. As a Residential Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of carers to deliver exceptional care and support to residents.
- Develop and implement individual care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
