Therapeutic Support Professional

A supportive and dynamic leader is sought for a challenging role in a therapeutic children's home based in Surrey. This mixed home boasts a Good rating with Ofsted and offers a unique opportunity to work with vulnerable children who require high-quality care.
The successful candidate will take on a key leadership position, overseeing staff and providing direct support to children with emotional, behavioural, and psychological difficulties. The ability to engage with these young people, as well as professionals from other services, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of support staff to provide high-quality care and supervision.
- Maintaining detailed risk assessments and care plans, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote the emotional well-being of children.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
