Occupational Therapy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to individuals with complex needs.
With a strong background in occupational therapy and experience working with adults and/or children who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing therapeutic plans that promote independence and well-being.
You will work closely with clinicians, the School Leadership Team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective service delivery. Your ability to work systemically and formulate-based approaches will be essential in meeting the complex needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering occupational therapy services to individuals with complex needs
- Developing and implementing therapeutic plans to promote independence and well-being
- Collaborating with clinicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Formulating-based approaches to meet the complex needs of clients
