Occupational Therapist Expert

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of special needs education and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to individuals with complex needs, including autism and intellectual disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with experience working with adults and children who have complex needs. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £53,200 per annum, based on a 37.5 hour week. This includes a range of benefits, including life assurance, a £2,000 CPD allowance, and a pension scheme.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing occupational therapy plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists, Psychotherapists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support to our service users. Your expertise will help us to deliver high-quality services that promote independence, confidence, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide occupational therapy services to individuals with complex needs, including autism and intellectual disabilities.* Develop and implement occupational therapy plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to our service users.* Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and other professionals.* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of occupational therapy interventions and make recommendations for improvement.* Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to occupational therapy services.
