Therapy Lead Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our SEN Therapies team at Kent County Council. As a Therapy Lead Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of The Balanced System for speech, language and communication needs in Kent.

You will work closely with our SEND Operations and Casework teams to support the Education Health and Needs Assessment, Placement and Tribunal teams. We require a health professional with extensive SEND knowledge and an Occupational Therapy degree qualification or equivalent.

The successful candidate will have relevant postgraduate clinical and leadership training and experience. You will work in a range of SEND and education contexts with other KCC services as well as colleagues in social care and our NHS partners in health.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
