Therapist for Wheelchair Users

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Equals One Ltd.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of exceptional care and support to individuals with mobility needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wheelchair and seating services, with excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
Salary: £48,116 per annum (based on 37.5 hours/week)
Location: Kent, with free on-site parking available

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mobility needs
- Develop and implement personalized plans to enhance clients' independence and well-being
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Provide education and training to clients and their families on wheelchair and seating best practices
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Qualified as an Occupational Therapist (or equivalent)
- Experience in wheelchair and seating services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-centered approach and a passion for delivering exceptional care
