- This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Rehabilitation Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Kent Wheelchair Service.">
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clinical and operational colleagues to deliver high-quality service performance, meeting the mobility needs of adults and children with complex needs.
">Your expertise in assessing mobility needs and prescribing manual and powered wheelchairs with associated posture management and pressure management accessories will make a significant impact on the lives of our service users.
">With your analytical, engineering, and practical skills, you will solve complex problems and provide exceptional support to service users in relation to their mobility equipment.
">You will also be responsible for undertaking and documenting risk assessments, providing support for internal and external training programmes, and contributing to the development of internal training resources.
">Please note that this role requires a full current UK driving licence for a manual transmission vehicle and willingness to drive vehicles (vans) as necessary.
