About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Wheelchair Service Centre Agent to join our team at TipTopJob. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book engineers and ensure they are booked to capacity
- Schedule orders and communicate with customers
- Process orders and maintain accurate records
- Support the customer service team in resolving queries and complaints
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with order processing systems and data entry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £24,252.80 per annum
