Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to the development of bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the people we support.

The ideal candidate will have a clear vision for outstanding therapeutic services and be able to work collaboratively with clinicians and the School Leadership Team in an educational setting. You will also have experience in managing data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.

  • You will work closely with Speech and Language Therapists, Psychotherapists, and other professionals to provide holistic care and education.
  • As a senior member of our team, you will have autonomy to implement your strategic vision for therapies and contribute to the growth and development of the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform service development and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification and registration with the HCPC.
  • Substantial experience working with adults and/or children with intellectual disabilities and autism.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with complex data and manage multiple priorities.
