Job Summary:

Kenton Black is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team in Sheffield. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payrolls for small and large volume employees, including setting up new client payrolls, submitting RTI returns, and handling HMRC queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payrolls for small and large volume employees via SAGE software
  • Set up new client payrolls, including PAYE and CIS returns
  • Submit RTI returns and BACS transmissions
  • Handle HMRC queries and client liaison via email and telephone
  • Process P45s, P46s, P60s, starters, and leavers
  • Manage SMP and SSP

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of previous payroll experience in a bureau, umbrella, or accountancy environment
  • Full end-to-end payroll processing experience
  • Strong client liaison skills
