The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the company's financial health by focusing on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Administration, Cash Management, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and authorize invoices on our accounting software.
  • Process expense reports and review receipts.
  • Manage invoices for both US and UK entities, assist with weekly payment runs in various currencies, and handle different payment methods.
  • Support monthly and bi-weekly payroll processing.
  • Assist with the annual audit and quarterly VAT returns.
  • Oversee credit control across both US and UK accounts, ensuring timely invoice chasing.
  • Collaborate with the Group Financial Controller on the annual budget setting process.

Requirements:

  • Part or fully qualified AAT certification.
  • Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with an analytical and methodical approach.
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
