Are you a skilled Finance Operations Coordinator?

We are seeking a part-time professional to join our team for three days a week.

Our client, a reputable manufacturing organization, is looking to enhance their workforce with a knowledgeable Finance Operations Coordinator who will oversee the daily operations of financial transactions.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in both accounts payable and receivable, who are eager to become part of a stable organization where they can establish a long-term career.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilizing accounting software such as Xero for daily account reconciliations.
  • Managing the credit control process effectively.
  • Monitoring debtor balances on a regular basis.
  • Processing sales ledger transactions, including the issuance of invoices and credit notes.
  • Handling purchase ledger activities.
  • Performing various administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and answering calls.
  • Assisting the Company Accountant with financial operations.

Requirements:
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Excel, including proficiency with spreadsheets and formulas.
  • Computer literacy and confidence in communication.
  • Previous experience in an Accounts or Finance Administrator role is preferred.
