Finance Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a part-time professional to join our team for three days a week.
Our client, a reputable manufacturing organization, is looking to enhance their workforce with a knowledgeable Finance Operations Coordinator who will oversee the daily operations of financial transactions.
This role is ideal for individuals with a background in both accounts payable and receivable, who are eager to become part of a stable organization where they can establish a long-term career.

Responsibilities:
- Utilizing accounting software such as Xero for daily account reconciliations.
- Managing the credit control process effectively.
- Monitoring debtor balances on a regular basis.
- Processing sales ledger transactions, including the issuance of invoices and credit notes.
- Handling purchase ledger activities.
- Performing various administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and answering calls.
- Assisting the Company Accountant with financial operations.
Requirements:
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Excel, including proficiency with spreadsheets and formulas.
- Computer literacy and confidence in communication.
- Previous experience in an Accounts or Finance Administrator role is preferred.
