We are assisting our client, a prestigious legal practice, in their search for a Finance and Administration Coordinator to become a permanent member of their team.

This position offers the flexibility to divide your work time between the office and remote work, provided you reside within a reasonable commuting distance.

In-office presence is required two days a week.



Position:
Finance and Administration Coordinator

Employment Type:
Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Compensation:
£25,500 per annum, along with 33 days of annual leave, hybrid working arrangements, complimentary parking, opportunities for career advancement, team events, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold internal audit standards
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including data entry tasks

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Familiarity with invoice processing and finance administration
