Junior Finance Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior/Trainee Administrator. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property business in Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and financial tasks
- Ensure supplier terms are met and invoices are paid on time
- Produce rental demands to tenants and chase unpaid invoices
- Learn and assist with payrolls and pension submissions
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Assist with compliance management and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and time management
- Willingness to learn new processes and work with other team members
- Interest in finance and administration
