Office Coordinator Benefits:

- Working Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday - full-time, office-based
- Compensation: £26,000
- Employment Type: Permanent
Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Efficiently managing customer inquiries and service requests via telephone and online platforms
- Generating quotations and processing orders utilizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Providing assistance to external sales representatives
- Issuing purchase orders
- Contacting sites to communicate delivery schedules and notifying customers of any delays
- Performing general administrative tasks
- Preparing VAT invoices for clients and processing orders for payment
Office Coordinator Qualifications:
- Essential prior experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software is a plus
- Experience in customer interaction and resolving inquiries
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Professional demeanor with outstanding customer service skills
- Knowledge of GDPR regulations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
- Demonstrated initiative in administrative functions
- A collaborative team player
