Office Coordinator Benefits:

Office Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently managing customer inquiries and service requests via telephone and online platforms
  • Generating quotations and processing orders utilizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Providing assistance to external sales representatives
  • Issuing purchase orders
  • Contacting sites to communicate delivery schedules and notifying customers of any delays
  • Performing general administrative tasks
  • Preparing VAT invoices for clients and processing orders for payment

Office Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Essential prior experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software is a plus
  • Experience in customer interaction and resolving inquiries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Professional demeanor with outstanding customer service skills
  • Knowledge of GDPR regulations
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
