Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide care navigation to patients, obtaining information to arrange the most appropriate care.
  • Complete prescription requests and process tasks from clinical staff.
  • Assist with general office administration, including scanning letters, filing, and photocopying.

Requirements

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in computer use and a passion for helping and supporting patients.
  • Full training program offered, including internal and external training, fully funded and supported by the practice.

Person Specification

  • No additional essential qualifications are required.
  • Previous experience working within a GP practice or the NHS is desirable, but not essential.
