Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our friendly Reception & Care Navigation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, navigating patients through our services, and supporting our administrative and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer care navigation to patients, obtaining information to ensure the most appropriate care is arranged.
  • Complete prescription requests and process tasks from clinical staff.
  • Provide general office administration, including scanning letters, filing, and photocopying.

Person Specification

We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and confident in computer use. Previous experience working in a GP practice or the NHS is desirable but not essential, as we offer a robust training plan for all staff.
