Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our friendly Reception & Care Navigation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, supporting our administrative and healthcare staff, and contributing to the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer care navigation to patients, obtaining information to arrange the most appropriate care.
  • Complete prescription requests and process tasks from clinical staff.
  • Provide general office administration, including scanning letters, filing, and photocopying.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be trained to provide care navigation, complete prescription requests, and perform general office duties. We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and passionate about helping and supporting patients.

Person Specification

Essential

  • No additional essential qualifications are required.

Desirable

  • Previous experience working within a GP practice or the NHS is desirable, but not essential. We offer a robust training plan for all staff, including those without experience.
