Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our friendly Reception & Care Navigation team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all visitors.

Main Responsibilities

  • Offer care navigation to patients, obtaining information to arrange the most appropriate care.
  • Complete prescription requests and process tasks from clinical staff.
  • Provide administrative support, including scanning letters, filing, and photocopying.

About You

We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and confident in computer use. You will be passionate about helping and supporting patients, and you will be trained to provide exceptional care navigation services.
