Customer Account Coordinator Role

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Customer Account Coordinator. This role would be an excellent opportunity for a high-level administrator looking to take on new challenges in a customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and review sales orders, ensuring all necessary paperwork is handled efficiently.
  • Monitor orders and update key customers as needed, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Manage and update customer records and interactions within our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate diary management, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
  • Liaise with internal and external departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Identify potential supply chain issues to prevent unexpected stock shortages.
  • Develop and chase quotations to meet customer needs.
  • Generate leads and follow up on potential opportunities.
  • Occasional travel may be required, both within the UK and overseas.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong administrative background with excellent customer service experience and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems is highly beneficial.
