About the Role: As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, processing orders and managing order tracking efficiently. You will provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries regarding products, orders, and deliveries, and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders and manage order tracking, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to customers regarding products, orders, and deliveries, resolving any queries or issues that may arise.
- Liaise with internal departments, including production, logistics, and sales, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using data to inform business decisions and improve customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, maintaining a high standard of customer service and ensuring customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Administrator or similar customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer service.
