About the Role:


We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Office Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.


Key Responsibilities:


• Administration of our inbox and responding to internal and external requests for information and bookings.


• Updating our in-house computer database and operating system with relevant data.


• Processing orders from booking requests through to job confirmation.


• Liaising with transport and managers to agree schedule dates for bookings.


• Ensuring paperwork is processed and completed correctly for accurate and timely invoicing.


• Providing administrative support to our sales team as required.


• Liaising with operational staff for booking requests and responding to invoice queries.


Requirements:


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.


• Excellent IT literacy with the ability to use Microsoft Office products and the internet.


• Proactive and positive self-starter.


• Excellent team working skills.


• Well-organized with good time management skills.


• An interest in environmental compliance.


• Familiarity with management systems such as CRM.


• Previous experience within the industry is preferred but not essential.
