Service Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team at JCT600. As a Service Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our Service team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily service bookings and approvals.
- Arrange technical calls and initiate diagnostic processes.
- Review parts availability and ensure accurate data collection.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via phone and email.
- Collaborate with the Service and Sales departments to optimize customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy administration role, preferably in a Service environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
