Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team at JCT600. As a Service Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our Service team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily service bookings and approvals.
  • Arrange technical calls and initiate diagnostic processes.
  • Review parts availability and ensure accurate data collection.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with the Service and Sales departments to optimize customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy administration role, preferably in a Service environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
