Customer Service Coordinator

Pertemps Sheffield is recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work for one of our long-standing clients based in the pharmaceutical industry. The role involves ensuring that all relevant KPIs and trackers are up to date, coordinating and administering customer returns, and responding to distribution-related customer claims within agreed timescales.
The ideal candidate will have experience of pharma and healthcare supply chain, excellent communication and organisational skills, and be a self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision. The salary for this role is £25,000, and after a 12-week temporary period, it will increase to £27,142 per year.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all relevant KPIs and trackers are kept up to date
- Coordinating and administering customer returns to the distribution centre
- Responding to distribution-related customer claims within agreed timescales
- Acting as the first point of contact for all customer service-related queries
- Providing details of delivery information and documentation
- Working as part of the office support team
Requirements:
- Experience of pharma and healthcare supply chain
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision
- Flexible and able to work accurately under pressure
